9. Will other agents receive the leads that you send to me?
Absolutely not. Our territories are exclusive to 1 agent. Other marketing companies will sell a territory to multiple agents, and you'll have to scramble to be the first one to contact that lead. (Kind of like standing in line to get a shot at a HUD repo.)  RECR has never, nor will we ever, allow this on our network.

10. How many territories can I have?
You may have as many territories as you can manage. RECR simply asks that you do not stretch your coverage too much in order to insure quality service to the referred client. However, you are welcome to select any available territories within your service area.

11. Does it cost more to have more areas?
No. You may have as many territories as are available for no extra charge. Again, you are paying for each referral we provide. Therefore, the more areas that are exclusive to you, the more referrals you will get.

12. Do I need to sign a contract?
No. As long as you have funds in your account, referrals for your territories will be forwarded to you.

13. What happens when the funds in my account run out?
As you draw near to depleting your account, we will contact you to make sure you are aware of this. Should you choose to let it expire, the subsequent leads will be passed to the next agent in the queue for your territory.

Due to the exclusive nature of our territories, we have agents on a waiting list for many of our areas.

14. What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy
The 60 day money back guarantee is for the remaining money in your prepaid RECR account. Any referrals received will be deducted from the initial balance, and the remainder will be returned upon request and fulfillment of my guarantee obligations.
Refund Parameters
In order to take advantage of the guarantee:
  • I must not have had any negative feedback from any referrals that I have received. This includes any feedback stating that the client never received a call from me.
  • I must have attempted to make the service work for me by attempting to contact at least the first paid referral.
  • I must provide RECR with the information required to set up my e-card so that I may be marketed in my areas and agree to allow RECR 10 business days to market me before receiving a refund.

I have to say, I'm a skeptic at heart - when anyone promises me more business, I usually laugh and politely tell them "thanks but no thanks."
