I have written posts in the past about guerrilla marketing....
For those of you that want the whole story here...
This is a viral video started by placing a random Coke machine on a random college campus and filming the results as part of a global marketing campain launch.
If you ask me...what resulted was --- AWESOME!
This is one of the greatest things I have ever seen!!

Tom -- Actually, this is the launch of a new global marketing campaing called "Open Happiness" that Coke is running. Either way, that is a cool video. ;-)
This is SO cool!! Just watching it made me smile - and you know the word of mouth is huge.
Shana -- You know that this story spread like WILDFIRE on this campus...I couldnt help but laugh when they brought out the sandwich..LOL
Clint,
Cute video and post. I live in the land of Open Happiness. It's a great land in Atlanta:-)
Where I went to college, Coke had donated so much money, they didn't sell that other brand on campus! I am still a huge Coke fan, 28 years later, won't touch anything but!
All the best, Michelle
Michelle -- Most college campuses set up exclusive deals with soft drink makers to negotiate exclusive deals. Where I went to school, Coke ruled...still does, actually. We had to smuggle a Pepsi machine onto campus and hide it in the basement of our bldg. I think it is still there, actually. LOL
Now that just made me smile! Very cool share, Clint :)
Lisa -- Yup, me too! :-)
very, very funny.
Viral videos are great marketing. So are viral emails. Something I still have to learn
That is a great video.
This is fantastic Clint and thanks for sharing. This is way cooler than "i'd like to give the world a coke..."
LOVE this! Where's MY magic coke machine? Or my magic margarita machine? Either would work!
You Rock Clint ( fr. @LoveTheGulfRE) but can it be said they are thinking outside the box when acting it out within a big box :)
Clint: This is BRILLIANT. I've got to send it to my sis who will send it to her friends who will send it to theirs....and so on and so on. Brilliant.
Alan -- I know, right?
Mark -- I loved it.
Christianne -- I think this new campaign will work well for them.
Coleen -- I want the margarita version...one that dispenses nachos, too! ;-)
Daniel -- Hey man...nice to put a face to the name! Thanks.
Kirsten -- I know!! Marketing brained as I am, this just resonated with me like a gong.
Yes that was great, people put positive emotion with Coke and any time you can brand like that you are doing great.
Ross -- Exactly! :-)
Clint - That is truly awesome. Guerilla marketing at its finest. I like the fact that a giant company like Coca-Cola still used a technique like this. Those kids looked really, really happy. This is super-memorable.
Jason -- And, you know for a fact that they told EVERYONE they knew about it. Id image the city knew within minutes of it happening. :-)
It should be called "The infectious Coke Machine". Their happiness was just that. Great video.
Ok, that was just AWESOME. I died laughing, too, when the sandwich came out. Priceless!
Jane -- Yes, it was.
Stacie -- Yeah, that one had me also. ;-)
