Working Internet Leads (Slideshow...)

Back in April, I wrote a featured article on working internet leads.

I turned it into a slideshow and posted it on Slideshare.net on the Real Estate Client Referrals account...And, I liked it so much, I thought I would post it here to see how it converted to a blog post.

I have to admit...I think it looks very slick. What do you think??

Good presentation and tips. I'm going to have to check out this slideshare program.

Nice presentation. At RainCamp we received the 10 Days of Pain Internet Lead Conversion report from Ben Kinney. It was very helpful for the agents in my office.

Duane -- Thanks! Check out the original article also. The link is in the post.

Melissa -- The "10 Days of Pain" is a great program. The more you can enforce those ideals, the better their lead conversion will be in the long run...and the better their follow-up habits will be....Great program.

Pretty slick, and full of good advice. As one who struggles to convert Internet leads, I would surely appreciate some "how to's" on the converting process. A little more detail would be great! Thank you for sharing.

good one...we have the best close rate for internet leads in our 100 person office. As you say, most agents do not realize that these folks are not generally going to do ANYTHING but collect data for 6 months to a year and a half. I have people who have been searching our site daily for homes for 3 years! The nice thing about our site is that I can see who was on when and exactly all the homes that they looked at and can respond accordingly...they think I am reading their minds.

I do not care how long they cruise the site.... it is only electrons. I send them updates and answer their questions and am ready to help whenever they are ready.

Chuck -- I will take that into account....maybe this is something I should 'expand on' a bit for those like you....good idea. Thanks!

Steve and Jan -- You guys have it well under control there, from the sounds of it. Excellent work!!

Really quite pleased with how this embeds so nicely. Will be adding a ton of content to Slideshare in the near future. :-)

yes the slide show was great. What is the secret to a smooth embed? Some stuff just refuses to go in right...must be hidden format. Appreciate your contributions to AR

Steve and Jan -- Thank you so much for the kind words! Very appreciated! I have seen some things load super smoothly and some just be wonky as all get out....not sure what the secret is, but Im surely going to be using this one more...
